1 General Introduction & Acceptance

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. If identity verification is not complete or additional documents are required, it may take a little longer.

3.4 Deposit Currency

acx24 processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a deposit is made in a different currency, a conversion rate may apply.

3.5 Fraudulent Transactions

If chargebacks, fake payments, or any fraudulent financial activity are detected, the associated account will be suspended immediately and legal action may be taken.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To make winnings from a bonus eligible for withdrawal, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not the original deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed once only and is non-transferable.
• acx24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If abuse of a bonus — such as manipulating wagering completion — is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed from multiple accounts or family accounts.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:
